Club Room

The club room is the largest in the Community Centre.  It's great for meetings, readings, lunches and presentations. The windows face east and the light is good. Usual seated capacity is 60. There is a partition which can be opened when the Playgroup isn't open which brings the total capacity of the Club Room to 120.

Prices

Club room only:
Not for profit community groups: £12.50 / hour (£11 per hour if booking 5+ sessions)
Commercial use: £15 / hour (no discount for multiple bookings)

Club room with play room:
Not for profit community groups: £24 / hour
Commercial use: £30 / hour

 

 

Palmer Room

The Palmer room is a small meeting room with a sink. It is ideal for confidential meetings, such as with health professionals, or for club committees. It has a capacity of ten people.

Prices:

Not for profit community groups: £6.00 / hour (£5.50 per hour if booking 5+ sessions)
Commercial use: £8.00 / hour (no discount for multiple bookings)

 

Forecourt

Right in the heart of the village, the Community Centre forecourt is ideal for trade stands and displays.

Prices:

Not for profit community groups: £17.50 / half day
Commercial use: £25 / half day

 

Communal areas

Overton Community Centre has a large and well equipped kitchen. It is available for all Centre users. 

There are toilets located in the corridor outside the Library, and there is a disabled toilet with a baby-changing table at the other end of the building.
